What We Collect
Information you send us. When you use our quote or contact form, we collect your company name, contact name, email address, phone number (optional), inquiry type, message, and any drawings or photos you attach. If you email us, call us, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share.
Chat assistant. If you use the chat assistant on our website, the messages you type are sent to an AI service provider to generate replies and are stored on our server so the conversation can continue. Please do not enter sensitive personal information in the chat.
Usage data (with your consent where required). We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website, for example which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and whether a quote request is completed. We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which advertisements lead to inquiries. These services use cookies or similar technologies and process data such as your IP address, device and browser information, approximate location, and pages visited. We do not send your name, email, or phone number to Google Analytics or Google Ads.
Preferences. Our website stores your language, currency, and cookie choices in your browser so they are remembered on your next visit.

- To run, secure, and improve our website (legitimate interest).
- To measure website use and advertising performance (your consent, where required by law).
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
